How can I return an item?

Méditerranée offers 15 calendar days from the delivery date to return the item and ask for a refund. Please keep in mind that the customer bears the costs of the return. To ask for a return please send an email to mediterranee.bcn@gmail.com.

Items have to be unused, in perfect condition, and shall be returned with their original packaging and label (if applies).
